Key Responsibilities:

• Support business development initiatives by gathering and analyzing market and client data
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to coordinate business development activities
• Maintain and update CRM systems and business development databases
• Contribute to marketing efforts, events, and strategic client outreach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field – mandatory
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business/marketing roles – strong advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage cross-functional interfaces
• Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage processes
• Creative thinking, initiative, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Analytical mindset and business acumen – ability to derive insights from data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – mandatory
• Experience working with Salesforce – strong advantage
• English proficiency – advantage but not required
