We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with SAP expertise

The role includes:

• Participation in a global SAP implementation project (SAP Public Cloud), with a focus on procurement and financial processes
• • Setup, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes within the SAP system
• Ongoing work with local and international vendors, including vendor onboarding, purchase orders, follow-up, and control
• Close collaboration with Finance, IT, and external consultants
• Monitoring and controlling procurement processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Preparation of reports, data analysis, and support of financial closing and control processes
• Daily work in Hebrew and English with global stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement / purchasing roles - mandatory
• Proven, hands-on experience working with SAP - mandatory
• Experience working in a medium to large organization - mandatory
• Strong financial orientation and understanding of working within a Finance organization
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English
• Analytical thinking, ability to manage complex tasks, and meet deadlines
• Technological orientation and ability to quickly learn ERP systems and new processes
