What is important to us?

• Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting – mandatory
• Two years of experience or more in a consulting firm, in supporting and leading organizational processes – significant advantage
• Experience working with clients and leading projects
• Versatility and ability to move between different content worlds and projects
• Passion to learn, develop and influence

Significant advantage for:

• Experience in customer experience, service or customer research
• Familiarity with surveys, organizational research, data analysis and generating insights
• Creative thinking and the ability to bring solutions outside the box
