We are looking for an Executive Assistant
This position is part of the firm’s headquarters in Tel Aviv and includes:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating with senior management and various stakeholders
- Handling phone and email correspondence
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, including time and expense reporting
- Managing meetings and data entry in the CRM system
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in calendar management or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Teams
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and time management skills
