We are looking for an AI Technology Lead to join us and lead the implementation of AI solutions within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify business needs and design fast, efficient AI-based technological solutions
- Manage the implementation of existing AI-based solutions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to adapt the firm’s existing AI-based products
- Work closely with senior management and internal stakeholders, including presenting solutions and providing training on tools
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience in building AI-based solutions (e.g., developing Agents)
- Proven experience in AI and knowledge of leading tools and technologies (such as Microsoft Copilot 365)
- Familiarity with leading platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform
- Understanding of business processes and ability to bridge business needs with technological solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Creative thinking and real-time problem-solving skills
- Advantage: Experience in AI within large organizations, preferably in Professional Services firms
Education
- Industrial Engineering and Management / Software Engineering / Information Systems or related field
