We are currently seeking a Back Office Coordinator for the Finance Department

The role includes:

  • Issuing tax invoices and allocating incoming payments to customer accounts
  • Liaising with clients’ accounting departments for clarifications and inquiries
  • Managing and maintaining client contact information
  • Monitoring and updating partners and clients regarding account balances and payment

Requirements

  • Bookkeeping certification (Levels 1+2)- an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, service orientation, and reliability
  • Availability for a full-time position in Tel Aviv
