About the job

KPMG is looking for a HR Leder for Maternity Leave Replacement to join our team in Haifa!

An excellent opportunity to join a broad HR team in a global and complex organization.

The position includes responsibility for end-to-end HR processes:

  • Accompanying the employees of the departments throughout their organizational life (onboarding until termination of employment)
  • Employee retention, implementation of human resources processes, ongoing support and advice for managers
  • Support in building career paths, address for employee inquiries, welfare, agreements and terms of employment
  • Handling the needs of the organizational unit and leading solutions for meeting the business goals
  • Connection to the strategy and development plan of the unit and its advancement
  • Accompanying and supporting organizational changes, working with multiple and complex interfaces, including senior management and diverse functions

The work will be carried out mainly from the Haifa branch.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a human resources function in an organization for at least two years - mandatory
  • Experience in a changing, intensive and complex work environment
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • High level English
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Relevant academic education - mandatory
  • Working in a large organization - a significant advantage
  • Knowledge of labor law is an advantage
  • Experience in salary and benefits is an advantage
  • Experience with organizational systems
  • Experience with office software, especially Excell and PowerPoint
