About the job

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the full life cycle of our recruitment processes.

The role consists of:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our growing departments.
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
• Perform sourcing and publish job postings on job boards and digital media.
• Develop and expand recruitment channels.
• Partner with managers at various levels throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment within an organization or at least one year of experience in a placement agency – mandatory.
• High-level English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory.
• Strong ability to drive processes, manage priorities, and excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields – significant advantage
