About the job
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the full life cycle of our recruitment processes.
The role consists of:
- End-to-end recruitment processes for our growing departments.
- Phone interviews and face-to-face interviews
- Sourcing, job postings on job sites and in digital media
- Working with placement companies and developing recruitment channels
- Accompanying managers at different levels in the firm in the recruitment processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment in an organization / optional: at least one year of experience in a placement company - necessary
- English at a good level (including: speaking, reading, writing).
- Ability to drive, manage work priorities and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree from the worlds of MA/ Psychology/ Sociology - a significant advantage.
