We're looking for a hands-on GitHub Copilot Trainer to drive adoption of AI-assisted development at an enterprise client. You'll work directly with the client's engineering teams. Your main goals are to get GitHub Copilot embedded in daily development work and to position it clearly against other AI coding tools. You'll also enable teams to use Claude Code and Codex CLI with models served through Microsoft Foundry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead GitHub Copilot adoption across engineering teams, covering onboarding, hands-on training, coaching sessions and ongoing support.
  • Teach advanced Copilot usage, including Agent Mode, Copilot Chat, the coding agent, custom instructions, prompt files and MCP integrations.
  • Compare GitHub Copilot with other AI coding tools, and recommend which tool fits each use case and team.
  • Configure and enable Claude Code CLI and Codex CLI to use models deployed in Microsoft Foundry, including endpoints, authentication, model selection and usage guidelines.
  • Build role-based training materials, labs, playbooks and best-practice guides for developers, tech leads and QA.
  • Track adoption and impact through metrics such as usage, acceptance rates, productivity indicators and developer feedback. Report findings and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Work with the client's security and governance teams on responsible use, data protection and policy alignment.
  • Create an internal champions community to keep adoption going after the engagement ends.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on software development experience in at least one major language, such as C#, Java, Python or TypeScript.
  • Deep, practical experience with GitHub Copilot in enterprise development environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or Codex CLI.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Foundry (Azure AI Foundry) and Azure OpenAI, including model deployment, endpoints and access management.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD, Git workflows and IDEs such as VS Code, Visual Studio and JetBrains.
  • Proven experience delivering technical training or developer enablement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both developers and management.
  • Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English

Advantages

  • Experience in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Knowledge of agentic development workflows and MCP.
  • Relevant certifications, such as GitHub Copilot (GH-300) or Azure AI Engineer.

Location: Hybrid, combining work at client sites and the company’s office in Tel Aviv.
