We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant to join KPMG’s AI team and advise leading organizations on their AI transformation journeys.
The role combines strategic and business consulting, strong technological understanding, and direct client engagement. It is designed for professionals with a solid technology or technology-business background who can navigate complex enterprise environments, engage effectively with senior stakeholders, and translate technology into meaningful business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has strong technological curiosity, analytical and strategic thinking, and the ability to understand business processes. Deep hands-on software development expertise is not required, but candidates should bring a strong technological foundation and the ability to confidently engage with both business and technology leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to AI Strategy & Transformation engagements for leading organizations across various industries.
- Advise clients on AI strategy, identify high-value opportunities and use cases, and develop strategic roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Analyze clients’ business and technology landscapes and assess organizational and technological readiness for AI adoption.
- Develop business cases and assess the business value, feasibility, and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Independently engage with senior business and technology stakeholders, including conducting interviews and workshops, facilitating discussions, and presenting insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present executive-level presentations, strategic reports, and high-quality client deliverables.
- Collaborate with AI, technology, and consulting experts on complex, multidisciplinary engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in technology-focused roles, such as Technology Consulting, Systems Analysis, Technical Project/Product Management, Digital Transformation, or similar positions.
- Proven experience working directly with clients and senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and the ability to assess the relationship between systems, data, processes, and business requirements.
- Good understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, capabilities, and business applications, and the ability to quickly learn emerging technologies.
- Ability to connect technology, business needs, and business value, and translate complex technology topics into clear business language.
- Strong analytical capabilities, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing and presenting high-quality deliverables and recommendations to management and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
