About the job

KPMG is currently seeking a skilled, motivated and experienced Cloud Director to lead KPMG’s Cloud Services, capabilities and solutions practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cloud consulting practice including P&L and employees management
  • Lead a team of experts, engineers and architects specializing in cloud
  • Work with KPMG’s top enterprise, corporate and startups clients
  • Responsible to grow the team, create engagements with new customers, grow existing customers, including meeting sales goals for services and licenses of the department
  • Professional support in sales processes leading technical selling of the services and solutions, clearly articulating the problem statement, our approach, the service itself, and value to client
  • Adding new services, capabilities and solutions in the cloud field
  • Assist clients in driving innovation within the organization using cloud
  • Responsible for Digital transformation process including Landing Zone concepts, architecture, design and implementation of scalable and efficient cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with key partners to accelerate our clients’ growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional customer’s teams to identify data requirements and design solutions that meet the needs
  • Educate and collaborate with client’s technical and management teams (CIOs, CTOs, Architects, DevOps, Security team, etc.)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in P&L unit and team management (three years or more)
  • Experience in managing key clients and projects in the cloud field (three years or more)
  • Work with large organizations
  • Understands technology well in business context
  • In depth knowledge in leading public clouds: Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Significant professional technical knowledge in the design, establishment, operation, and maintenance of cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS and modern application development frameworks and platforms
  • Familiar with, understands, and maintains knowledge with cloud transformation methodologies, cloud optimization and operations frameworks and tools and cloud platforms capabilities
  • Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot cloud services
  • Sales abilities
  • AWS / Azure / GCP Cloud certifications- an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders of all levels
  • Client facing, manages client interactions, expectations, deliverables
