About the job

The Microsoft Copilot 365 Expert will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven productivity strategies for our clients, leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot technologies to enhance business efficiency and digital workplace capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive Microsoft Copilot 365 implementation strategies for enterprise clients
Conduct in-depth technological assessments and create customized AI integration roadmaps
Design and deliver advanced training programs for client teams on Copilot utilization
Create sophisticated AI-powered workflow solutions tailored to specific client needs
Perform technical consulting and provide expert guidance on Copilot deployment
Prepare detailed technical documentation and client-facing presentations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic technology solutions

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on Microsoft 365 technologies
Proven expertise in AI technologies and Microsoft Copilot implementation
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and client engagement capabilities
