We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Professional Services Team Lead to manage a group of talented Project Managers and Implementation Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of complex implementation projects for our global clients.
You will not only mentor and grow your team but also shape the methodologies, scale our processes, and act as an escalation point for our most strategic enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Lead & Empower: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Implementation Project Managers. Drive their professional development and ensure a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Delivery Oversight: Oversee the team’s entire portfolio of implementation projects. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while maximizing customer value.
- Strategic Implementation: Act as an executive sponsor for critical enterprise deployments. Design, plan, and guide the implementation of complex business processes, automations, and integrations using monday.com.
- Process & Methodology: Champion continuous improvement. Define, scale, and refine implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices to drive efficiency and operational excellence across the PS department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D) to align on customer needs, surface product feedback, and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Customer Engagement: Build trusted relationships with key business and technical stakeholders at the executive level within our global client base.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS implementations or Professional Services, with deep, proven expertise in designing and implementing complex monday.com solutions -Must.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience, or a strong track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling implementation/project management teams - Must
- Strong technological background with hands-on experience in leading automation solutions, system integrations (APIs), and enterprise technology platforms - Must
- Proven ability to oversee a large portfolio of complex projects simultaneously, mitigating risks and driving results
- Fluent/Native-level English (spoken and written) with exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills -Must
- Experience working with global enterprise clients, managing expectations and steering steering-committees
- Experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum).
