About the job

We are looking for a senior leader with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence—particularly Generative AI—to spearhead strategic initiatives, develop cutting-edge solutions, and drive clear business value through the implementation and commercialization of AI solutions with top-tier clients.

This role blends strategic thinking, strong technical acumen, cross-functional leadership, budget ownership, and a forward-looking business mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Generative AI initiatives: from strategy and planning to development and implementation.
Build and deliver AI strategies for leading clients in the Israeli and global markets.
Manage cross-functional teams (tech, data, business) across multiple AI projects.
Oversee large-scale project budgets (10M ILS and above).
Advise clients on the integration of AI into complex business processes.
Act as a business partner: lead client engagements, define value propositions, and support sales of AI solutions.
Drive development of AI/ML products and services based on LLMs, multimodal models, and emerging architectures.
Identify market trends and leverage emerging technologies to create competitive business advantages.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology consulting, with at least 2 years in Generative AI projects.
Proven track record managing teams of 10+ professionals.
Experience managing large-scale budgets (5M ILS and above).
Hands-on experience working with enterprise clients and leading end-to-end business and tech processes.
Familiarity with tools and platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Deep understanding of LLMs and advanced AI/ML models.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Strong command of English—both written and spoken—is a must.
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and deliver high-quality execution in dynamic environments.
