KPMG Israel is looking for a Head of Delivery

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the professional and managerial aspects of our Delivery domain. This role includes driving complex technology projects, managing project and development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery for clients, building operational methodologies, and playing a key role in the business growth of the unit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Delivery domain
Manage and oversee large-scale and complex technology projects (ERP / SAP) and information systems
Provide senior consulting, hands-on project management, architectural guidance, and solutions to complex technical challenges
Directly manage Project Managers and collaborate closely with development teams and Tech Leads
Ensure service quality, SLAs, and expansion of activities with existing clients
Support commercial activities, including sales, identifying opportunities, and expanding client relationships
Plan Delivery processes and build operational standards and methodologies
Manage escalations and lead communication with clients at various organizational levels
Collaborate with global partners and stakeholders

Requirements

Significant experience in managing IT projects
Strong technological background—development, architecture, SAP, ERP, cloud, or information systems
Experience managing technology teams or large-scale projects
Proven sales capabilities, business leadership, and activity expansion experience
Strong conflict management skills, high emotional intelligence, and excellent interpersonal abilities
Fluent English and experience working with international teams
Ability to work independently, make decisions, manage high workloads, and multitask effectively
