The Head of Digital Transformation for Government Sector leads strategic technological modernization initiatives within public sector organizations, driving innovative digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. This critical leadership role involves developing comprehensive digital transformation strategies, managing complex technological implementation projects, and guiding government agencies through comprehensive digital evolution. The position requires deep expertise in emerging technologies, strong change management skills, and the ability to translate complex technological concepts into actionable, impactful government solutions. Success demands a visionary approach to integrating advanced technologies like AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics to revolutionize public sector digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and maintain technology consulting services for government sector clients
Develop innovative digital transformation solutions for public sector organizations
Design and implement strategic and complex digital and modernization projects
Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies like AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics
Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders
Oversee project delivery, quality, and client satisfaction

Requirements

Advanced degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years technology consulting experience
Proven track record in government sector for digital transformation
Experience managing P&L in the consulting field
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
Expertise in emerging technologies
Fluent in Hebrew and English
