We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Professional Services Delivery Manager to lead a group of talented Project Managers and Implementation Consultants. In this role, In this role, you will be the driving force behind our project deliveries, serving as the ultimate guide and mentor for our consultants. You will oversee complex solution designs, ensure architectural best practices, and act as a senior trusted advisor for our clients. What You Will Do:
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, support, and empower a team of Professional Services consultants. Provide ongoing guidance, identify training needs, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Solution Architecture & Design: Act as the technical authority for the team. Oversee the architecture of complex monday.com workflows, boards, and integrations (e.g., CRM, P2P, and custom operational solutions) to ensure they are scalable and sustainable.
- Client Consulting & Advisory: Partner with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective technology solutions. Serve as a senior escalation point for client support and complex problem-solving.
- Delivery Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of monday.com implementations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and adhere to our high standards of quality and compliance (including relevant enterprise control standards).
- Pre-Sales & Proposals: Collaborate with leadership to design business solutions, assist in scoping technical requirements, and help shape client proposals and marketing presentations.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS implementations or Professional Services, with deep, proven expertise in designing and implementing complex monday.com solutions -Must.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience, or a strong track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling implementation/project management teams - Must
- Strong technological background with hands-on experience in leading automation solutions, system integrations (APIs), and enterprise technology platforms - Must
- Proven ability to oversee a large portfolio of complex projects simultaneously, mitigating risks and driving results
- Problem Solver: Highly analytical with a knack for troubleshooting complex client requests and finding creative platform workarounds.
- Fluent/Native-level English (spoken and written) with exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills -Must
- Experience working with global enterprise clients, managing expectations and steering steering-committees
- Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum).
