The department offers management control services and internal audits, providing a comprehensive suite of tools for corporations and organizations. Our services include consulting for boards and management on implementing risk management methods, sustainability consulting, and corporate governance policy implementation. We assist organizations in complying with regulations such as SOX and guide financial organizations through various processes including data purification, information system audits, FATCA regulation implementation, core and IT systems conversions, and integration with fintech and insurtech systems. We also provide consultancy on licensing processes for new banks and payment companies, support submissions to regulatory sandboxes, and keep abreast of both Israeli and international regulations.

In addition, we support banking corporations, institutional bodies, and non-banking financial entities in enhancing their risk management practices. This includes the implementation of BASEL instructions, assessing capital adequacy, leverage, and liquidity, conducting financial risk surveys, and offering strategic regulatory consulting. We also foster innovation in regulations and accompany startups in the field of REGTECH.

The department operates three sub-departments:

• Finance Complex Department: Responsible for audits and consulting in the field of derivative financial instruments, model validations, and valuations.
• Analytics Department: Responsible for audits and consulting on core financial issues using computerized tools and advanced data analysis.
• Actuarial Department: Responsible for consulting and audits in the areas of Solvency II, simulators for IFRS 17, and performing actuarial due diligence.
